I tried to make baked Kale chips because one of my friend recommended it. My final product was terrible. Some parts were crispy and then 85 percent of it were not. I never knew kale was so bitter. Then, I started eating the crispy parts, and it was pretty good and not bitter. Ding! Ding! Ding! It came to me that I need to bake it longer and wait until all of them are crispy. I even tried to be creative and gave each portions different flavors. Some were cinnamon, BBQ, curry, seasoned salt, & garlic salt. Cinnamon & curry were yucky. The rest was okay. Next time, I’ll stick to garlic salt & seasoned salt. Til next time.
